If you use channel to deposit, please follow the rules below
1. Tap Charge.
2. Tap or enter the top-up amount.
3. Copy the storage set ID. (Do not close the recharge page)
4. Open UPI transfer to the collection account of the mall.

5. After the transfer is successful, wait for 10 seconds and fill in the UTR (reference number) on the recharge page.
The recharge must fill in the Ref/UTR number (12 digits) of the recharge certificate to be successful. If you do not fill in the Ref/UTR number (12 digits) verification code, your recharge will be stuck

6. If you did not receive your account number, please retry steps 1-5.
Please do not save your current UPI account for future use! To use EKpay to recharge, you need to follow the process to recharge and obtain the latest receiving account for transfer.
